Clear choices, made again and again.

AI is the biggest shift since the industrial revolution and the internet, with growth to match. We help you choose a clear direction and stick to it, while the choices beneath it keep up with the frontier.

Brief us on your challenge

Which customers will your firm serve best, and how will you stay ahead as AI moves?

In numbers

45%

of Dutch firms with 50 to 250 staff used AI in 2025.

Against 20% in 2023.¹

Midsize firms are moving fastest, so AI is no longer only for the largest firms.

29.7%

of Dutch firms (5+ staff) said in April 2026 that their main answer to staff shortages is more automation, such as robots or AI support.

Against 24.9% that make working there more attractive, last year's most common answer.²

Firms are changing a basic choice, from hiring their way out to building their way out.

$3.6 trillion

worldwide AI spending forecast for 2027 (Gartner forecast, September 2026).

Against $2.7 trillion forecast for 2026.³

The money going into AI keeps climbing fast. The tools your firm works with will keep changing under it.

What's changing

AI gets better every few weeks, and each step changes what work costs, who can do it and how customers buy. It's the biggest shift since the industrial revolution and the internet, and no firm's set of choices stays the same.

Where firms win

They pick a clear direction and put the whole firm behind it. Then they keep adjusting the choices beneath it as AI moves, without losing focus.

Duolingo, AI in how it builds its courses

Duolingo invested in AI tools that change how fast it can create content. In Q1 2026 it published 20,500 course units, up from 7,100 a quarter in 2025 and 1,800 a quarter in 2024, and it can now push changes across many courses at once. Daily active users reached 56.5 million, up 21% on a year earlier. It kept its direction, teaching languages, and changed how the work gets done each time the tools got better.⁴

bunq, a Dutch bank that put AI at the front of its service

bunq has built its AI assistant, Finn, since the early days of conversational AI in banking. Finn now handles 97% of all customer support interactions and fully resolves 84% of queries without a person, up from 70% in August 2025. Users rate it 90%, and it works in 38 languages. A bank chose to make AI the first point of contact and keeps improving it, with people behind it for what AI can't solve.⁵

How we help

We work with leadership on the direction, which customers to serve, and what to stop. Then we build AI into how the firm works, and keep refining both as the frontier moves.

What should your firm stop doing to put more into the work that matters most?
