Continuous Strategy helps leadership teams make the few choices that shape where their company goes next, and keeps those choices current as the market moves. We work with mid-sized Dutch companies, founders, and companies entering the Netherlands.

Most strategy ends up as a plan that is out of date by spring. We work on the handful of decisions that actually steer a company, and come back to them when something changes.
Revisited, not filed
Customers, costs and technology keep moving. We revisit the choices as they do, rather than waiting for next year's planning cycle.
Small and focused
Short engagements around one question at a time, with the people who own the decision. No large teams, no thick reports.
Data and AI are part of the work. We use them to understand your market and to test choices before you commit to them. We also build commercial products with them ourselves, such as Jobpursuit, an AI workspace for job seekers.
